TDBD produced high quality products and launched in the market. Bansarsi Das invested his all savings and tried to give boom to the business. Unfortunately he and his grandson Sushil both of them were inexperienced in selling such commodities. The Business failed and factory stopped its production.

The experienced eyes of Bansarsi Das foreseen the situation and started giving inputs to Sushil for thinking on new lines for business. Again parameters were same as earlier. The work must be innovative. He died in year 2000 and family was under great financial pressures. Sushil decided to start the business of lifting the slumped houses and commercial complexes. His younger brother Pardeep also joined him in this work. Work was very innovative and involved great risk also. Sushil many innovations and made this technology simpler and safer.
